Idea on How I can Reach my goal & Make time for myself
Single mom of a 1 and 2 year old
I work Tuesday to Friday 5am to 3pm at a warehouse
I Get up at 3am every morning in bed at 7pm
Off Saturday Sunday Monday
*After I had my one year old I really stop taking care of myself and with my hours I just myself I didn’t have to energy or that’s what I would tell myself most days
* I will be 100% I find myself standing in the kitchen eating just to eat .. I don’t even sit down and rest
Don’t really have a clear idea what I should cook to eat keep my on track
I Look tone but it’s a lot of lose skin
* I always picture myself as a health fit mother. Running marathons and going to the gym. I want my inside to match up with my outside.
I’m really disappointed I have not figured out how to get to that point. Any advice or suggestions or tough love lmao on how I can come up with a routine apps ANYTHING. I will be 30 next year and I wanna love my outside appearance as much as I love my inside .. just lacking motivation and how to get on track and etc..🤦🏾♀️
