Can’t have sex missionary

Hey guys. So I’ve been trying to have sex for a while now but each of the first few tries were so bad we gave up, and started again this month. Id feel a sharp pain every time he would thrust even if it was slow, and it felt like im about to pee and i need him to get off me so i go pee. This would happen even if i emptied my bladder before intercourse. And no i wasnt orgasming. There was nothing remotely pleasureable about it. Now we have been trying with me laying on my belly and he goes from behind, and it doesnt feel good but im tolerating it just TTC. before only the tip of the penis would go in but now i think more goes in so that is an improvement. However, missionary is impossible even though that has been the go to position for centuries. Its like we cant get it to go in at that angle or my legs ache or whatever. At this point im only able to get it from behind (vaginally) but even tjat isnt pleasureable. Did anyone else experience this? I’m guessing my hymen hasnt fully stretched yet? It just sucks I want it to feel good :(
