Hello ladies! I have a 2 yo little boy and have had 2 miscarriages in the last 9 months. We finally conceived again this month cycle #3 after the last miscarriage and my doctor finally put me on progesterone suppository. I am really early, I'm 3 weeks and 4 days.

Any tips on using the suppositories? I get light cramps that is not horrible.. I'm trying to lay in bed for about an hour after insertion TMI. LoL. I work 3rd shift so I've decided to use them early AM and lay down for a few hours so... praying this little one sticks!!
