Snacks?

Question

Are you giving your baby snacks in addition to meals? I feel pretty confident about what to feed at meals but I haven’t started doing snacks yet. What do you use besides puffs and Cheerios?

My son has a dairy and gluten intolerance so it’s been hard to find pre packaged snacks for him. Baby mum mums are always a good staple. We get alot of stuff from Love Child Oragnics and Baby Gourmet. These are his favourite, Oaty chomps and carrot sticks.

These are my sons favorite snacks as well as Chester's puffcorn because they dissolve so easily! And they taste sooo good.

Mostly fruits (banana, avocado, orange, strawberries, mango...). Otherwise i make him banana oatmeal cinnamon/almonds cookies, cauliflower cookies, broccoli cookies, quark mixed with different fruits, creamy soups in a Squeasy (pumpkin/broccoli/cauliflower + potatoes + sour cream mixed in at the end), fruit smoothie in a Squeasy, steamed apple (i cut apple in 4 pieces and steam for 10-15min and he loves it), steamed carrots, cheese cut in bite pieces...
We rarely give him store bought food, but when we do it's usually petit beurre biscuits, smoki flips (unsalted, baby variant), or fruit pouches for on the go (when i haven't prepared a fruit smoothie in our Squeasy in advance).

Salt free pretzels, bread with hummus or oeanut butter, yogurt, cottage cheese, homemade yogurt melts, applesauce, pouches, Cheerios, goldfish, fig newtons, cereal bars, crackers and hummus...I’m sure there’s more.

Some of the snacks my daughter has gotten, from either my or her babysitter are: graham crackers, Goldfish, Nutri Grain bars, Fig Newtons. There might be some more I have forgotten.
