When to see doctor

So this is the second month I haven't ovulated until after CD 21. My cycle last month was 36 days. I am currently at CD 22 with no lh surge. I had a little bit of clear, stretchy CM yesterday - but I'm not sure I would consider it EWCM. And today CM is back to creamy. When should i seek help medical help? Up until last month I had very regular cycles. All of this is causing stress which I know makes trying to conceive harder.
