Please help!!! Was anyone else prescribed multiple doses of amoxicillin while pregnant?!

Im 22 weeks pregnant and I've taken it about 4-5 times now. My family is saying that's too much. Now I'm freaking out!  My OB is giving it to me for group strep B in my vagina

I don't think a medical professional would prescribe you something dangerous. If youre really worried, call the ob office and make sure.

yes it’s safe. i took it for like 2-3 months straight because pregnancy destroyed my teeth and i wasn’t able to get into the dentist. my dentist has 7 kids, i don’t think he’d do anything that would harm a growing baby. he’s super nerdy and by the bookish, and idk lol, just not the type of guy that would even risk anything if he thought it could hurt baby or momma in any way possible

I work in a dental office where we prescribe amoxicillin and its the safest antibiotic to use while pregnant. I had asked the pharmacist he also said the safest. If you want to make sure why not call your doctors office and ask them or a health line they can surely ease your mind
