I’m in s Korea. I sorry I don’t feel the same way about being lonely but I’m generally a pretty solitary person. Are you a part of any mom or spouse fb groups? Most of the people I interact with are online on those sorts of forums. My husband is usually the only company I want but I’ve never been one to have many female friends either. Can you join some kind of group near you even if it’s a civilian group? I think exploring the country and taking language & fun classes like art or calligraphy really makes me feel fulfilled. Plan a visit home or even better plan for family to visit you! You can show them around the awesome country you have the privilege to experience and live in.
Pregnant overseas...
Is there anyone else here stationed overseas and pregnant? We had been trying for a year and a half when we got sent to Italy and we finally ended up pregnant about 7 months after we got here.
I'm feeling so lonely here, especially being pregnant. Anyone else stationed overseas and feeling the same way? I'm just having a really hard time. I guess I pictured being closer to family when we got pregnant since when we started trying we were near my parents. I just want to be back in the states. Anyone else?
