What do you do when you feel unappreciated?

I love doing things for others, especially my husband, but sometimes I just feel invisible or like no one even really notices me. I’m finding that I just am starting to feel so burnt out and tired that the things I usually do are making me feel sad when usually I feel happy because I know I’m surprising someone by doing a chore they were supposed to do or taking care of them in some way. I feel like I don’t know how to approach the conversation without it seeming like I’m keeping score or something
