Birth control

Had unprotected sex last Thursday , took Ella as an emergency contraception Friday because I took a pill late. (Ella and birth control aren’t supposed to mix because it makes both less effective and I didn’t know so I only took one birth control after the Ella and stoped the birth control the next day completely) I started to bleed Sunday afternoon is this my period since the flow seems like a period and not spotting. It’s weird that i got my period again so soon ? Any thoughts could I still be Oregon
