So this is my first time taking a birth control pill. I was on the Depo shot before, but due to some health issues had to quit. It messed up my menstrual cycle for about 7 years. Now I am currently doing the pill to try to regulate my cycles. My moods have been EXTREME since starting the pill. I will feel so depressed I won’t eat for hours, just lay in bed and cry. It could be a few minutes later and I will be calling my boyfriend just to scream at him about something that happened months ago, little while later and I am completely fine like nothing happened! Its really not like me and am wondering if the birth control is causing it, or if I should go back to a psychiatrist.😳😂 I am diagnosed with depression and major anxiety, but have been very high functioning for years. I am usually able to control my mood swings better. I have been feeling out of control! Is this normal?! I’ve tried doing research but every other article is about something else!
