37 +4 weeks first time mom

I’m so uncomfortable and I feel like she is about to fall out every time I stand. I keep getting an unusual feeling in my stomach. It doesn’t hurt but it’s uncomfortable. Feel like my stomach is tightening. My back hurts. I haven’t had much of an appetite for a couple days and tired during the day and can’t sleep at night. I always feel like I have to go to the bathroom and rarely ever have to actually go. and everything feels so swollen down there. My water hasn’t broke and the last time I was checked, I wasn’t dilated. I’ve just been so uncomfortable the last couple days with my stomach tightening and my lower back killing me. Idk what to do 🙄🙄 I’m so ready to have my girly in my arm 😩
