8 poops in 2 days help WTF is happening!?

Question

The poops seem mostly normal, some of them are more watered down than usual. She pooped 5 times yesterday before her 4 month shots and now 3 times today. She usually poops once every other day. Is this okay or is there a point when i should call her doctor?

Also off topic but is this okay for her injection site

My son poops literally a dozen times a day sometimes, lol. Breastfed. I think it's okay!

My sons injection site is like this too! It's a hard red lump. Doesnt hurt him though.

Normal for babies to have more runny poops after shots. And yes the redness is normal too.
