Hi ladies!! I just got on the mini pill (the pill with no estrogen) a little less than a month ago. I have heard mixed opinions about when the pill becomes effective. Some say that you are protected against pregnancy right away when you take it within five days of your period, and I have heard from others that it can take up to 6 months for it to become effective. Can anyone clear this up for me?
