What are your personal PROS and CONS?

I’ve had the Nexplanon in my arm for 2 1/2 years already and it is the worst but birth control I’ve ever had. My appetite has suppressed so much that I dropped 20 pounds and now I’ve been 98 pounds for the past six months amd gaining weight is hard AF!!! and my emotions have been a-wall, my depression and anxiety has multiplied by like 10, every little thing hurts my feelings now, my sex drive has shut down, and I swear I’ve gotten dumber since it’s been in my arm LOL I know it’s doubtful to be another symptom but swear
