Should I have sex without a condom?

I’m on birth control but I still get nervous!! Is it any different?

It IS different. It’s a lot more wet and warm and other things. I hated condoms because it always felt like I had a plastic bag in me (he was uncut, so his foreskin moved the condom a lot). Removing it was the best thing I did.
However, make sure if you’ve been with other people before that you are both tested and clear of STIs. Also, be aware that you should be taking your pill at the same time every day, and if you miss a pill, you could be at risk for pregnancy. 
Something a lot of people also don’t know is that antibiotics can nullify birth control, so be careful of that too.
