Really sick before period
Hey guys! Just wanted to ask do any of y'all get really sick before your period ? I had very little pms symptoms before but all of a sudden my past two periods have been hell. I get terrible headaches, always feel nausea, constantly dizzy, my stomach is always feels upset and I occasionally throw up. Is this even normal or do you think there is something else going on!?
