Help my cramps are so bad
I don’t know what to do im in so much pain,im only 13 and i have horrible cramps my heating pad is broken, the pain is so bad I can’t sleep because i cant stop moving from it im shaking i can barely stand , im so tired but i cant sleep the pain is horrible
