I’ve never had this happen before and it is freaking me out. I don’t know if something’s wrong or what i need to do about it.

I started my period this past Saturday 5/11/19, and everything has been just fine and normal. Then yesterday I went to change my tampon while at work and noticed a very pungent smell, like rotten eggs. I just thought maybe it was full and I didn’t change it soon enough but today it’s just gotten worse. The smell is so much worse and stronger.

What is going on? What can I do to help it?
