My ex and I were best friends for 5 years. Then we dated for 4 years. Then we broke up. Our breakup was tough but I got through it. Rebuilt my relationship with God, realized my worth, etc. We didn’t speak to one another until a year later. He reached out to me to confide in me about some demons haunting him. I was there for him, I helped him but then I realized that I was falling back in love with him so I cut him off completely. Blocked him & his whole entire family everywhere, just really tried to remove him completely out this time because he ALWAYS shows back up. Once I did that, this really good guy showed up in my life. AND THEN lastnight my ex showed up unexpectedly at my house at 2AM. He didn’t really know why, said something just led him there. Now my question is is God using my ex to test me and if so why? Because every time I see/talk to my ex ALL of the feelings return and I just wanna be with him all over again. So if God knows how crazy I get over him and how hard it is for me to get over him, why would he test me with my whole ex? 😒 which is why I’m baffled if whether or not he’s a test. I did everything to move on from on my ex and to remove myself from him yet he STILL found a way to make his way back to me.
