Looks a bit small to me. You shouldn’t have that much touching the inside of the tunnel part. I’d try the next size up.

It almost looks a little small but it may just be the photo. My pump came with one too big and I had to go down to 24mm. I thought for so long I just couldnt pump but now it works great! If its fitting well and you're pumping milk at a good pace then it's the right size.
