Does anyone know what this could be? It started just on my mid arm but has spread across both arms & hands face head feet back & legs over the last 2-3 hours its sore to touch and itchy... I'm 13 weeks pregnant so just looking for some advice I'm in with the doctor tomorrow... but some help till then would be greatly appreciated thank you xx

P.s there is some lumps/bumps kinda white with redness around them
