Need help please

Hi ladies so I need help.

I've been having discharge similar to this. I get this every month and only stops for a few days. And starts again until period and when my period ends I get this again for 2 weeks (sometimes longer). Went to my gynaecologists but nothing is wrong.

Last month I only had my period for like 3 days and then got this. Its been two weeks and three days of getting discharge like this

I'm fed up ! 😭😭😭
