What nipple cream/balm are you using....

What are you ladies using to keep your nipples from cracking and hurting while breastfeeding?

I use the Lansinoh Lanolin Cream and I haven’t had any pain or chapped nipples at all. I started applying 2x/day at 36 weeks per my doctors instructions and have felt zero pain or soreness.

I was told to use expressed breastmilk to soothe dry and cracked nipples. The Lactation consultant told me to taste the nipple cream and I was like “ew no” and she was like “exactly”. I guess the taste messes with the baby’s latch? Lol
