Weird period cycle

Hi! I’m 19 and iv always had really irregular periods, I only actually bleed 3-4 times a year but I have really terrible ovulation pain and PMS symptoms every month. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem and/or how they’ve dealt with it. Thanks!!
