What type of eating works best for you?

I used to be able to eat 2-3 large meals a day before pregnancy. My Now first trimester was an eating war. I was only able to stomach crackers and chips. Now I'm 14 weeks and can only do 5-6 smaller meals a day of pretty much anything now.
