How did you go into labor?

Okay ladies, did anyone find a successful way to naturally induce labor? Spicy food? Hanging curtains? What worked for you?!

Membranes swept and then a tablespoon of castor oil. Water broke at 2am. I had the sweep at 3 and the castor oil at 8. Delivered my girl at 12pm. Dont know if it was the combo or one or the other. Just had my babe yesterday

I had sex and my husband punctured a pinhole in my water.

Passed my due date. Too tired to do anything extra so I’m just letting her decide when she wants to come 😂

We just passed our due date. I’ve been bouncing on my ball, eating spicy food, drinking my tea, and walking like a crazy person for weeks! With sex whenever I can manage it 😂. No signs of baby yet, but still continuing the routine. It can’t hurt anything 🤷‍♀️. My doctor doesn’t want me to go past 41 weeks, so I’d love it if could get this party going before that!

I walked about 2 hours a day and it worked.

With my first it was the yoga ball. Bounced around on that thing for 8 hours at work one day and had baby the next morning. Haven’t tried anything yet with current baby.
