To start with, I came off of birth control pills in early February after 4yrs of taking them (I’m 20). My period immediately returned that month and has been normal up until this month. Is that normal for coming off of the pill? Or is this kind of irregularity more likely to be medically related?

I’ve ruled out PCOS, stress, weight changes, lifestyle changes, etc. It’s basically down to pregnancy, a hidden thyroid issue, coming off of birth control, or something completely random.

I’ve heard that sometimes your period isn’t regular for up to 9 months off the pill, but I find it odd that I immediately began having regular cycles only for this to happen after several months.

Has this happened to any of you?
