How long after implantation can you test?

So I think I may be having implantation bleeding. This morning I got up to pee and when I wiped I had some spotting I guess it was light pink it definitely wasn’t red like a period. I also had cramps but then eventually stopped later in the day. I’ve gone to the bathroom maybe 2 or 3 times more during work and still have the spotting.

AF isn’t due for another 4 days and I’m 10dpo which is why I’m assuming it’s implantation or at least I’m hoping. For the last 5 days I’ve also had cramping, extremely bloated, back pain, I’ve been nauseous and my nipples have been so sore and sensitive I won’t even let my husband touch my boobs
