I was just wondering what are y’alls opinion on Vaginal contraceptive Films (VFC) I am tired of using Pills, Depos, and I was nexplanon. Having a tubal or my spouse have a vasectomy is a big no. I don’t want to use birth control without jacking up hormones. And I’m not a big fan of having any IUDs.
