How long do you lay with your legs up to try and help the sperm? Lol

Usually 20 minutes or so. People say it doesnt do anything, but after my IUIs I was instructed to stay laying down for at least 15 to 20 mins soooo it cant hurt 🤷‍♀️

Actually I did it with all my babies. 6 altogether and I feel it may have helped GRAVITY 😊

I heard it doesnt help, but it never hurts to try!  Shoot after 4 years, I will try anything!! I'll hold a lemon in one hand, an orange in the other and balance a cantaloupe on my head if it has worked before. Lol
