Which Backpack do I get?

Hey guys, want to get a backpack for every day city life :-) which one do you guys like best? Cant decide, I like them all.

Is there a difference between getting real leather or fake leather? Thanks :)

P.s the last one looks like it has rose gold details but they are in fact silver
