I'm 2 days late one my period but I've gotten 2 negative tests. I do have an IUD that I've had for about 2 and a half years now. Is it that my IUD finally kicked in and stopped my periods completely and I'm not pregnant? I know you can still get with an IUD.

-My breast have been hurting the past few days and still do

-I've gotten a metallic taste in my mouth twice now this week

-Been very fatigue

Not sure what's going on
