Anyone diagnosed with a shortened cervix and make it far without a cerclage? I’d love to hear stories and experiences.

We found out my cervix had shortened drastically at 21 weeks. By 25 weeks I had no measurable cervix left. My chances of preterm labor went from maybe to definite. The only thing my OB could do was advise modified bedrest and progesterone suppositories nightly. There are currently no recommended procedures or medications on the market for a short cervix with multiples. I’ve now reached 28+3 and going strong. Our next goal is to make it to 34 weeks but we are surprised I’ve made it this far. It’s tough but we’re hanging in there!
