Little white heads all over my forehead 😖

So they’ve popped up all over my forehead and a little on my chin and cheeks. The weather just started getting more warm, 70-85 degrees a day normally. Is it from sweating? Or stress? They’re really small and I normally just pop them and then wash my face and apply make up but they keep coming back and more and more
