Does anybody else have the urge to constantly be bent in half/ hunched over the first few days of your period?

The first few days my cramps are quite bad and i find myself bending my upper body down and inwards towards towards my belly so much! Whenever i sit i also continue to bend over and if i have the ability to lay down for a bit my go to position is always childs pose or some sort of variation where my knees are to my chest! Not sure if it actually is helping me manage pain at all but i’m just consistently in a ball and i’m pretty sure my back hates me for it!
