So for some backstory, for a few years now (I'm 14, started my period at 9 or 10) I very rarely get very very severe pain before my period, and it happens maybe once a year maybe less, it happened to me last month, went away as it normally does, and my period was a few days late, and now, my period is 4 days late which is strange it is ALWAYS on time and I just now got very sharp pain in my pelvic area that quickly went away, but I get scared over everything so naturally I'm super scared that I'm gonna get the pain again Google is just telling me I'm dying so that's no help I'm just so scared and I don't know what to do, I was going to go to the doctor last month to see what's going on but decided I would wait to see if it happens this month too and then decide if I want to see the doctor and I really didn't think it would happen but now I'm just panicking
