Birth control help!

So recently I’ve been taking birth control (Lo Lorestrine Fe) to control my endometriosis and ovarian cysts. And ever since I’ve been taking it, my period has been a jumbled mess.

My doctor had me take it ASAP, about 2 or 3 weeks after my last period. Since then I’ve been getting my periods once every week or two weeks. I’ve been taking It for about 2 and a half months and this bleeding is getting annoying. I talked to my doctor and she says to keep taking it and my body should regulate with it, but I really don’t want to take it anymore. I don’t know what to do...
