Swimming without a tampon?

Ok so I'm going swimming tomorrow on my period lol. But, I can't use tampons because they hurt, I'm to young, and I'm not allowed to! Will I be ok in the pool without one? I'm new to my period haha😆(I'm 12 lol)

You're not too young to wear a tampon. I used my first one when I was 10. There mini tampons that are adequate. If you want to try, talk to your mum about it and explain that there are no health risks involved (assuming that's why you're "not allowed"). It will also not take your virginity (some mums fear this). If not possible to convince your parents, I would suggest skipping the swimming pool for now. It would be embarrassing to start bleeding all over...

Idk when I'm on my period I swim . I dont see any blood . I hear the water stop your period and stops it for like 5 mins after . Like when I shower I dont bleed for like 5 to 10 mins nor bleed while I'm in the shower . Like test it. Take a bath and watch no blood be in the tub . I saw other woman discuss this topic before . I knew I couldnt be the only one lol
