Brown spotting? First day of cycle? Or first day when there is fresh blood?
Help?! Last month I had brown ‘spotting’ which was quite light. Do I count this as day 1 of my cycle or is day 1 the first day you get fresh blood and a more constant flow? I have two apps when I put spotting one changes it to cycle day 1 and the other says it’s when the fresh blood came. Confusing as ttc and pinpoint my ovulation :(
