Sex issues?

I hope I’m not alone here. 10 months postpartum and I still have ZERO sex drive. It wasn’t crazy to begin (we had sex maybe 1-3 times a week) with but now I cannot get in the mood. Ever. Sex hurts (even with lune) and so I try more foreplay but nothing feels good and what might feel good for a second I immediately lose the sensation. I know some of it is in my head. We’ve had sex maybe 5 times and so I know I’m putting pressure on myself too. 
I’m breastfeeding and no period still. Taking the mini pill. I just what my husband and I to be back how we were....

I’m not breastfeeding but I’m sort of in the same boat. I’m on the pill as well (as I was before too). Before, even while pregnant we had sex like 4 or more times per week. We still have sex 2-3 times per week but I don’t enjoy it really, but I don’t believe mine is hormone related. My self esteem is non-existent. I am bigger than I’ve ever been and feel absolutely disgusting and just can’t get in the mood bc I’m sorry self conscious he’s gonna accidentally touch my fat rolls. I’ve been on WW since January and am 9.5lbs away from my PP weight, but when I look in the mirror and see pics of myself I don’t see any change at all.  I’m hoping that desire comes back once I can lose more weight. It really sucks.

You aren’t alone. I also noticed myself I do not have any desire to have sex. My baby is formula fed so maybe my hormones are still up and down or my life is just super busy with a full time job and three kids. I’m just too tired lol

No advice but you are not alone. I could have written this post. I am hoping once I fully stop breastfeeding in the next few months things will balance out. 🤞

Not breastfeeding, before getting pregnant I loved sex, now I don’t care for it at all. I don’t have pain but it’s just not the same.

Same same same. My baby is 10.5 months and I stopped breastfeeding 2.5 months ago and still no sex drive at all. I def cringe inside when my husband initiates and I never orgasm...it just feels like the worst chore ever! 😭

If sex still hurts you should consider seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist, it's been long enough if it were going to resolve on its own it would have. I saw one a few months ago and it did wonders for me.

Similar issues here! Our daughter is now 10 and a half months and I’m still breastfeeding but started periods again a couple of months ago. I’ve been on the mini pill for nearly a month now too, and I’m sure the hormones from nursing and contraception are messing with my drive and not helping down there (still painful for me post birth stitches)

If sex is hurting still you might want to consider seeing a pelvic floor specialist. Sometimes any ripping can create tender scar tissue.

Yep...what everyone else is saying. It’s breastfeeding. But just from the other side of the coin, I weaned like 2.5 weeks ago now, and still have no sex drive🤣But I’ve still definitely got milk in my breasts. So my body is likely still producing some of the hormones. I have noticed a slight increase in my desire, but nothing major. I’m hoping once I feel fully drained it’ll help. Also, I have to use A LOT of lube now. And I truly believe a lot of it is in my head! I sometimes panic that it could hurt before we’ve even started. So I think relaxing is key
