6DPO - watery discharge and cramping?

Question

I’m having mass amounts of watery discharge: no infection and haven’t had sex in a few days. 
I’m also cramping- but so mildly that I don’t even notice until I get a twinge and think about it. 
Could this be implantation, or am I just going crazy with symptom spotting?
