Lost my little girl 3 days ago .. she was completely healthy but my cervix started dilating before they could do the rescue cerclage .. my water broke and I had to deliver my angel baby at 18.1 weeks, she died a few minutes later. I am miserable and cannot understand why this had to happen? Has anyone had a similar situation and a successful pregnancy after something like this. Why was the next pregnancy successful? What did Doctors do? Cerclage, bedrest, progesterone? Everyone keeps telling me to look forward to the next pregnancy and I want try again when doctor gives go ahead but I am completely terrified that I would have to go through this again because of my cervix. Please send me your success stories/similar experience. I could really use the encouragement.
