What are the BEST tampons for BEGINNER’S with a heavy flow?

Question

Hi! My cycle this month starts in four days and I’m switching from pads to tampons but since my mom & I have always used pads.. we have no idea which ones I should purchase and try for my first go around. Thank you guys in advance. 
A few things about me:
I’m 19.
I’m a Virgin (I don’t know if this matters? 😅).
I have a medium to heavy flow that last 6-7 days. 
I’m very afraid of leaks and lowkey pretty active. I want to make sure I’m covered. 
I also have a few additional questions:
1. How do I know when it’s full?
2. Do I have to use a liner when using tampons?
3. How often do I change them? Does one box last for an entire cycle?
4. What absorbency do I use my first time? 
5. Are ones with the “click” easier to use?

You aren't going to be able to use regular at all with a heavy flow

Its full when there is blood leaking out into your string or if you wipe and there is alot of blood on your tissue  , no matter what change it by the 8th hour though to prevent infection. 
I say you should try a regular tampon and see if you bleed out of it. 
My periods are pretty heavy & i use super absorbency so maybe you will have to use super if you bleed out of the regular absorbency.  I always put a panty liner on with a tampon just to be careful and i find it extremely helpful! 
I dont find the tampons with the clicking thing work any better. I actually dont like those ones.

If you have a heavy flow go with the super or super plus absorbency. A regular tampon will be a waste of time and money. My favorite tampon is the U by Kotex just because of how it’s tiny and retractable. Other then that I don’t really see a difference. Also if you do plan on wearing regular absorbency tampons , you might want to wear a panty liner just Incase you can’t quite make it to the bathroom in time

If you have a super heavy flow, the regulars aren’t going to do shit for you for more than an hour or so. I’d go for the Super or super plus. 
For a first time tampon user I would suggest getting the tampax pearl pack with supers, regulars and lights and use them according to how your period changes as days go on. 
Typically supers are for days one and two, regulars for the next couple days, then lights as it finishes or just use a panty liner at the end. 
I also recommend using panty liners every day in case there are leaks.

Playtex glide or any playtex brand tampon works great and is great for beginners. 
The way it’s made is to expand outwards to prevent leaks, tampax is a rigid tampon that rarely expands. I will admit tampax radient is a good tampon from the tampax line.

I dont like the Tampax brand at all. The shape isnt good for me. Atleast the last time I tried them a couple years ago. I like the equate brand or U brand personally.

I'd try an organic brand. The tampax brand made me SO sick. (Because there's a lot of chemicals in tampons) also, I noticed less cramping and a lighter period once switching to organic.
