ovarian pain

so i’m 14 and i’m experiencing very sharp pain in my right ovary, especially when i move or pee. the pain started like 2 hours ago and i’m not supposed to get my period until the very end of this month. it hurts so bad to the point where i’m too uncomfortable to fall asleep or relax. Is this me ovulating or overthinking??? i’m just making sure.
