awful breast pains
are my areolas supposed to hurt really terribly when i’m close to my period? i have really puffy nipples and they hurt so bad that it brings tears to my eyes. it’s been like this for about a year now and it just gets worse. is there anything i can do? right now i just compress my boobs with a sports bra and lay with ice packs on my chest but i can’t do this all the time
