11+5 week pregnant and really bad back ache /:

Any one else had this? I am getting worried, about a week and half ago i had back ache not this bad and found out i had a urine infection, i was given antibiotics to take i have finished them thursday and i don't think they have worked my back didn't hurt a few days ago but today is so bad /:
