What is your preference? I always wear pads at home but tampons if I leave the house. I’m too afraid a pad will leak in public but think pads are more comfortable.

Cups here. Used a combination of tampons and pads before though. Just found it easier to pop out a used tampon and wear the pad I had worn along side it instead of using extra public bathroom time at school. Cups are so much better though in my opinion. You can have it in all day :)

Depending on what I’m doing I will use a combination. Normally I use cloth pads or organic cotton disposable ones. If I’m going to be active or wear something cute to go out I’ll put in a tampon or cup with a light pad Incase it leaks. Or! Just wear period underwear like thinx
