Pumping - one or two sides?

Hi!
I’m exclusively BF but once in a while need to pump for when I need to be away from baby. 
Is there a huge difference if I pump my breasts one side at a time rather than both at the same time? 
Would it negatively impact milk supply or nutritional content to just pump one side at a time?

Pump them both unless you’re feeding baby on one side while pumping.

I pump one side because I do not like pumping both sides. I don't have a free hand so I can't grab water or anything. I found for me that the hands free pump bra doesn't work for me. I have larger breasts and the type of bottles I use are a bit heavier so i am getting pinched the whole time. 
Pumping on both sides helps to make it quicker, but I only really have to pump 15 minutes on each side a lot of the time. I use the Spectra and it's awesome.
The nutritional content should be the same. I get a let down on the side I am not pumping so I use a haakaa and none of it gets wasted.

I have always done both at the same time because stimulating let down on one side usually gets the other side going. You would basically be wasting milk from the other side if you weren’t pumping or feeding at the same time.
