Working out 7 days a week.

Do you think its ok? Or do you do it? Im a sahm and workout 6 days a week already. I only dont workout sunday because thats the day they dont have childcare at the gym. Anyways, i want to start going on sundays but do you think it would be ok or is it better to just rest? Working out just makes me alert and feel good. Sundays are usually my most stressful day since i have to get school stuff ready, SOs work lunch, work clothes, laundry, clean, etc etc. Enough of my rambling. What are your opinions? I would do a full body workout with weights and end it with 20 minutes of cardio. P.S im not a beginner.
