IVF experiences?

Question

I am looking into having IVF to conceive our third baby. We didn’t need it with our previous children but have been told we probably do now. How have people found the process of ivf on their bodies/marriages/on other children? I realise I’m lucky to have two children already and although I desperately want a third, I want to make a sensible decision.

I don’t know if our situations are similar but I was told I would have to do ivf with pgd to have a healthy baby after many consecutive miscarriages. I chose to try acupuncture before trying to conceive again. I continued using acupuncture throughout my pregnancy and now have a healthy baby boy. If I try for another I will go the acupuncture route again.

I did iVF for both of my boys. The process is a very emotional thing to go through, but not so much in a negative way even though there were rough moments for us, but more like a roller coaster at times. We had our first In June 2016; the previous summer we did our egg retrieval, then an FET in October of 2015. We conceived first time no problem with him. Our second we tried 2 times, first one didn’t take and the second ended up in an ectopic pregnancy resulting in an emergency surgery and me loosing both tubes and one ovary. That was probably the hardest moment for us because we were originally diagnosed with unexplained and I always thought that after our second we would just see what happened and not prevent a third from happening, but when that happened I was devastated. We switched clinics and transferred the rest of our embryos and had a much better experience the 3rd try for baby #2. They were well organized and timed everything very well. We were able to conceive on the 3rd try at the new clinic. Now we have 2 boys and considering 1 more transfer. 
I would do this process all over again in a heartbeat. My boys are my world and We are so lucky!
